Dr. Sigler is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in Mexico and graduated from La Salle University in Mexico City in 1988.  She completed her plastic surgery training, followed by a fellowship in craniofacial surgery with Dr. Fernando Ortiz – Monasterio in Mexico City.  Dr. Sigler has her own private practice in plastic and reconstructive surgery in Tijuana, Mexico. She is the Director of the Multidisciplinary Cleft Palate/ Craniofacial Team Clinic at Hospital Infantil de las Californias in Tijuana, Mexico where she has been providing free reconstructive surgery to children for over 12 years.  Dr. Sigler is a talented surgeon and educator who has been instrumental in coordinating ConnectMed International outreach to patients in Mexico.
