Monico Solomon, Jr. is currently an Adjunct Professor-Anesthesia Technology for the anesthesia technology associates degree program at Tarrant County Community College, Ft Worth, Tx.  He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Baylor University and a certified anesthesia technician. Monico retired as Anesthesia Technical Manager from the Baylor Healthcare System with 38 years of experience managing and supervising anesthesia Departments, most recently Baylor Regional and The Heart Hospital Baylor Plano.

Since 1991, he has provided anesthesia technical support for over 30 foreign surgical missions in 6 different countries.  His publication, Surgical Mission Work: An Inside Perspective is recognized and cited as a top ranked article written on surgical mission work.
